Growth Plan
As people join our small communities, we count on the community leader to identify another leader to disciple in the process, with the intent to be the next community leader whenever it’s time to start another community of believers.
 
Whenever we get to about 10 consistent families it’s about time to reproduce ourselves and reach others in our community for Christ. That is why we strive to make sure that our communities are not built on one person’s gifts and talents.
 
We advocate for identifying, developing and releasing other gifts for the benefit of the community, so that when it’s time to multiply, people have no problem going with a different leader. When we have about 12 families, it’s time to multiply in half and start a new community.
 
Now with a community of about 5-6 families, it creates room to invite and reach others for Christ.   Once a month, we have a celebration service at a central location where are all our communities get to meet together and hear about all the great things that the Lord has done.
